How do I start tracking my symptoms?

Begin with our Symptom Check feature. Take your first assessment to establish a baseline, then use the calendar to log meals, activities, and additional symptom entries. Start simple—even tracking one meal per day provides valuable insights.

What should I track first?

Focus on meals and major symptoms first. These provide the most insight into histamine patterns. Once comfortable, add sleep quality, stress levels, and environmental factors. Remember: consistency matters more than completeness.

How long before I see patterns?

Most users begin noticing patterns within 2-3 weeks of consistent tracking. Our AI insights become more accurate with more data, so be patient and keep logging your experiences regularly.

Do I need the premium version to get value?

The free version provides basic tracking and limited insights. Premium unlocks AI-powered analysis, detailed pattern recognition, unlimited tracking, and personalized recommendations. Many users find value in starting free and upgrading as they see benefits.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Visit your Dashboard Settings and click "Upgrade to Premium." You can choose monthly or annual billing. All upgrades are processed securely through Stripe, and you'll have immediate access to premium features.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime through your account settings with no cancellation fees. You'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period, and your data remains accessible during that time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains safe and accessible. After cancellation, you'll have access to basic features and can still view your historical tracking data. You can export your data anytime or reactivate premium features later.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first month, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues

The app is running slowly or freezing

Try these steps:

I can't log in to my account

My data isn't saving properly

The AI insights aren't working

AI insights require sufficient tracking data (typically 1-2 weeks) and a premium subscription. Ensure you have both, and try refreshing the AI insights page. If you're a premium user with adequate data and still having issues, contact our technical support.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption, secure cloud storage, and strict access controls. Your data is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all your tracking data in CSV format from your account settings. This includes symptoms, meals, calendar events, and all historical data you've entered.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is available in your settings under "Account Management." This permanently removes all your data within 30 days. Consider exporting your data first if you might want it later.
